Child rate policy:

• Free of charge for child height under 90 cm.
• Between 91-130 cm is considered to be charged as child rate.
• Child with a height of 131 cm and above will be charged the same price as an adult.

• If your transfer is delayed due to traffic, we will offer an alternative show time.
• For Return Transfers, please contact the lobby and wait for 15 minutes after the show’s end.
• Transfers are shared on the way, so pick-up and drop-off times may change depending on the situation and weather conditions. 
• Cameras and other recording devices are not permitted in the theater.
• Please have a copy of your passport for verification upon arrival.
• The child must be accompanied by a parent.
