Cancellation Policy
- If the port authority does not grant permission for the boat to sail, a 100% refund will be provided (subject to availability of the sailing schedule).
- If the port authority allows the boat to operate, but weather conditions are considered unsuitable for snorkeling activities, the trip may be cancelled by the operator. In this case, travellers may choose either a 100% refund or rescheduling (subject to availability).
- Other than the two conditions above, refunds are not available.
